Condensing a drama or a comedy into a one act play challenges actors and directors to creatively present their best entertainment. 2026 marks the 68th Kyneton Festival of One Act Plays with the theme of ‘ANYTHING GOES!’
There will be nine theatre companies from all over Victoria competing for a number of generous awards and prizes.
With its stunning architecture, the Bluestone Theatre forms the perfect backdrop for a night of drama, laughs, entertainment and engaging performances.
Kyneton's Festival of One Act Plays is one of the oldest festivals of its kind in Victoria. We are committed to upholding this legacy by bringing the best talent our state has to offer to entertain local audiences.
