The Kyneton on Riverside, Kyneton Daffodil & Arts Festival is a celebration like no other, where the beauty of spring blooms meets the creative energy of our vibrant community. ABOUT THE Festival

The festival itself has a rich history dating back to the 1950s when daffodil growers across the state would prepare to showcase their blooms at the annual Kyneton Show. Learn more about the festival's origins and a general overview of the town and surroundings.

Exhibition: Kyneton Museum - OPEN FRI to SUN

The Museum Collection is housed in a Heritage Victoria-listed building that was built in 1856 as a Bank of New South Wales. The original banking chamber features changing exhibitions, and upstairs, the bank manager’s residence is preserved in time.

Outdoor exhibits include original bluestone stables, servant’s kitchen, laundry and Theaden Cottage. The Museum is also home to a wide variety of carriages and historical agricultural equipment.

Kyneton Daffodil & Arts Festival introduces our first Open Mic Night, which will be held at the Kyneton Mechanics Institute on Thursday, 12th September 2024, from 7pm -9pm. What a wonderful way to spend a Thursday night, listening to our local talent give it their all on stage.

The event is open to the general public as part of the festival. Entry will be a gold coin donation, and beverages will be sold on the night.

Due to limited seating, we request you register via our website if you would like to attend.

Kyneton Daffodil & Arts Festival introduces our first Open Mic Night, which will be held at the Kyneton Mechanics Institute on Thursday, 12th September 2024, from 7pm -9pm. What a wonderful way to spend a Thursday night, listening to our local talent give it their all on stage.

The event is open to the general public as part of the festival. Entry will be a gold coin donation, and beverages will be sold on the night.
